1 How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, open the Masoya app and follow these steps:

1. Go to Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Select Privacy & Security.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account deletion will begin processing immediately.

2 What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

• Your profile will be permanently removed.
• Your photos and bio will be deleted.
• Your matches and chat messages will be deleted.
• Your authentication account will be deleted.

This action is irreversible. Make sure you really want to leave before confirming.

3 Data Deletion and Retention

When you delete your Masoya account, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.

• Your profile information is deleted.
• Your photos and bio are deleted.
• Your matches and chat messages are deleted.
• Your authentication account is deleted.

We do not retain your personal data after account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law.
