Masoya is a dating application intended strictly for adults aged 18 years and older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the app.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, or any content that exploits minors.

🔞 Age Restriction

Users must be at least 18 years old to use Masoya.

Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be investigated and permanently removed.

We may request additional verification if necessary.

🚫 Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Masoya:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexualized images of minors
• Grooming or exploitation of minors
• Soliciting minors for sexual purposes
• Any attempt to share, request, or promote exploitative content involving children

Accounts engaged in these activities will be permanently banned and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

🕵️ In-App Reporting

Masoya provides tools that allow users to report:

• User profiles
• Messages
• Photos
• Any suspicious or abusive behavior

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

⚖️ Enforcement Actions

When a violation is confirmed, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove offending content
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Preserve relevant evidence
• Report the matter to law enforcement or child protection organizations, where required by law

🤝 Cooperation With Authorities

Masoya complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with investigations involving child exploitation.
